Leo Burnett Sydney, Whybin\TBWA\Tequila and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne have all picked up a host of awards at the New York Festivals International Advertising Awards 2012.
Leo Burnett Sydney won four Silver World Medals: two for its own Apple Box campaign (one for design and one for illustration), as well as for Watermark for Diageo/Bundaberg Rum (for integrated campaign) and Moths for WWF/Earth Hour (for public service announcements).
The agency's Spotlight campaign for the Australian Bureau of Statistics picked up a Bronze World Medal for online design. Leo Burnett Sydney also took home two Finalist Certificates – for Apple Box (for package design) and Watermark (for products and services).
Andy DiLallo, chief creative officer at Leo Burnett Sydney, said it is an honour to win.
“The awards we have won across such a broad range of categories are a true testament to the pride we have in the work we produce for our clients, and the constant drive to upload the formidable reputation we have on the world stage,” he said.
Clemenger BBDO Melbourne scooped five awards – two Gold World Medals, one Bronze World Medal and two Finalist Certificates for the Break Up campaign for NAB.
Whybin\TBWA\Tequila also won five awards – two Gold World Medals, two Bronze World Medals and a Finalist Certificate for the Dog-A-Like and Pedigree Adoption Drive campaigns for Pedigree.
